As our plans and goals continue to grow, so too does our corporate family! We are eagerly looking for a Vice President of National Programs to join our team in Lakewood, Colorado.


The VP of National Programs is a pivotal role at Alphagraphics, responsible for the creation, implementation, and management of our National Accounts Program, Corporate Accounts Program, and National Sales that drive growth for the brand through contracted volume. This role will focus on selling print and marketing solutions to enterprise customers, ensuring the highest level of service and support, leading a nimble cross-functional team. The goal is to drive significant revenue into our local franchise centers.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Program Development and Management: 
    • Design and implement a comprehensive National Accounts Program tailored to enterprise customers, aligning with the Alphagraphics brand.
    • Regularly review and refine the program to ensure its effectiveness and relevance in the market.

  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify, target, and secure new enterprise accounts for print and marketing solutions.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling pitches, presentations, and proposals that resonate with the Alphagraphics brand.

  • Collaboration with Regional Business Development Sales Coaches:
    • Work closely with regional Business Development Sales Coaches to identify potential franchise customers that can transition into national accounts.
    • Provide support, resources, and guidance to Sales Coaches to nurture and develop these potential national accounts.
    • Facilitate regular communication and strategy sessions with Sales Coaches to ensure alignment and capitalize on opportunities.

  • RFP Development and Management:
    • Lead the creation, submission, and management of RFPs (Request for Proposals) tailored to the needs of potential enterprise clients.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and competitive RFP responses.
    • Track and analyze RFP outcomes, refining processes for future proposals.

  • High-Level Presentations:
    • Develop and deliver persuasive presentations tailored to C-level executives, showcasing the value and benefits of partnering with Alphagraphics.
    • Engage with C-level executives, understanding their needs and positioning Alphagraphics as the ideal solution provider.

  • Account Management:
    • Oversee the service and support of national accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Address any issues or concerns raised by national account clients promptly and professionally.
    • Regularly review account performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing national accounts team.
    • Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring clear communication between team members and other departments.
    • Set clear performance metrics and regularly review team performance.

  • Franchise Network Collaboration:
    • Engage and collaborate with the Alphagraphics franchise network to ensure consistent service delivery across all touchpoints.
    • Provide training and resources to franchises to support the National Accounts Program, driving revenue to local centers.

  • Market Analysis:
    • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to senior leadership.


WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: 

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. An MBA may be preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in national account management, business development, or sales leadership roles, preferably within print and marketing or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through strategic account management and business development.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating, managing, and winning RFPs.
  • Strong presentation skills with experience presenting to C-level executives.
  • Experience collaborating with regional sales teams or coaches to identify and nurture potential national accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other technology platforms used in sales operations.

  • Annual base salary in the $120,000 to 190,000 range based on experience
  • Team and individual performance-based bonus up to 20% of your annual salary.

Compensation: $190,000.00 per year
